Polly's got Ink!
Well that was painful! I have finally ticked off the first thing on my 40 x 40 - get a tattoo, far more painful than I thought it would be, but I am really happy with it. I've got the video all ready to upload to the channel tomorrow, but as always, blog viewers get in early...
The happiness diary is also going well, although it features a little too much of me stressing over uni work, and none of me actually doing any. It is like I'm trying to jinx myself, I have now set a 2 hour per day minimum on dissertation work... starting tomorrow. There are lots of happy bits in there too though - like Han's school report - she is in the top 10 students in the whole year for Child Development (as in she is studying Child Development, not her own personal development, oh you know what I mean) and DT (which is what they call Home Ec now...apparently) - so that is good. I also now have aTumble Dryer!! I have never been so happy to do washing!
Today is the first day of Spring - which means I get to dig out the Spring/Summer wardrobe! It also, sadly means I have to put away some of my favourite winter dresses, but I can't be wearing dark colours in Springtime. I won't be making a video or doing any photos - I'm not a Kardashian, I don't have to document everything, but you may notice a slight change in videos from now on...that is if the stuff I put away still fits me...I'm going to have to check that out later, I think. So while I am here, what else can I tell you... oh, Saturday 26th will see myself, my Mum, my step-dad, my little bro and Han take on the Bristol version of locked room. It should be good, althoughI can imangine a lot more shouting will be occuring than during the visit Paul and I made in Prague.
And...no that's about it, crochet going well, Smash book needs updating and I will have to decide what I am going to do for next weeks video, but apart fom that, that's it this week. I shall see you again next Sunday - on here, or Monday, if you come via Youtube, or whenever you get here...
