Polly's Show Time!

I have FINALLY completed one of my challenges! #4 of my 40 x 40 list was to attend a music concert, and so this Friday, I have done it! (Also, as an aside, I have also visited Birmingham and ticked off the East Midlands of my #11: Visit every ceremonial county in England AND ticked off 'train' as part of #13 "Train/Boat/Plane")

So Pat and I (My Mum) travelled up to Birmingham on the train at 10, on Friday, had a wonder around the shops and bought far too much craft bits and pieces, and material. We stayed at the Comfort Inn - if it had been any closer to the train station we would have been sleeping on the tracks! It was perfect, small room, but just right for what we needed.

For food - that great looking burger in the video, at 1.10 is from Handmade Burger Company - and was really nice! As was the latte...
